I can't log in to the website

During the registration process you provided an email address to Geochat. Go to the website and click on the link “I forgot my username/password”.

You will see a screen asking you to enter your email address. Enter the email you used to register to Geochat and press “reset password”.

Then you will see the following screen:

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password saying: “Please click here to reset your password in geochat. Your current username is 'jdoe'. Thanks”.

Once you clicked on the link you will be taken to a page where you can set your new password, similar to the one you see in change your password.

In this page you have to enter your new password twice, just to confirm it. Remember that is has to have at least 4 characters

If you created your Geochat account from your phone, and you did not configured an email address on the website, you can changepassword.
