Geochat allows you to link your twitter account to your Geochat account. This allows messages that you send in twitter to be directed to your Geochat groups (by direct message). In the other direction, your twitter account will follow messages sent by the rest of the members of your Geochat groups.
First you have to type your twitter username in the box shown bellow. Be sure that you type it right. Then click the Submit button.
If you do not have a twitter account you can create one here
In the next page you will see the information that Geochat found about your twitter account.
If the information retrieved belongs to your account, you just need to follow the two steps described in the page, just clicking the links.
If you feel that there might be mistake and the twitter account does not belongs to you, you can click on No, this is not me!! link or try the search one more time.
To check the confirmation code arrival, you can just click on the link for this purpose at the bottom of the page.
Then click the Submit button.
Use Geochat as if it was another Twitter user. To send a message to Geochat, prefix it with “d geochat groupname” or if you are sending to your default group, or only have 1 group, prefix your message just with “d geochat”.
